Before you order

Payment

• Send the exact amount shown on the payment page (keep the 3rd decimal) — do not round it, or the system cannot match your payment
• Pay in USDT on the TRC-20 network; any exchange or wallet works
• Every order has a unique amount and is auto-confirmed when it lands within 25 minutes (plus a 10-minute grace period)
• Wrong amount or late payment: it will not be credited automatically — contact us and we will check it manually

Delivery

• Once the payment is confirmed you get a pickup code on the order page; download the PPTX + PDF with it
• If you left an email, the pickup code and delivery notice are sent there too
• One free round of small edits (text/layout) per order; structural rewrites are a new order

Brief

• Tell us the topic, audience, slide count and deadline — the more specific, the fewer revisions
